Why book directly on this website?
Booking directly gives you our best available rate with no booking-site commission, secure online payment with instant confirmation, and direct contact with your hosts before and during your stay.
What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the rate you choose. The exact cancellation terms are shown before you pay and are included in your booking confirmation.
Can I book a specific suite?
Yes. Each suite type has its own booking page, so you choose the Jacuzzi, Superior or Standard Suite you prefer. If you have a special request, just contact us.
Arrival & departure
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible whenever availability allows. Just ask us.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we store your luggage free of charge, so you can enjoy the town before your suite is ready or after you check out.
Is there a lift?
The suites are on the first floor and are reached by stairs; there is no lift.

Are children welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot for children up to 3 years old is free on request, subject to availability. The suites have no extra beds.
What can I use for coffee and snacks?
Every suite has a fridge, an espresso machine and a kettle.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the suites or the building.
Are there house rules?
Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00, parties and events are not allowed, and the main guest must be at least 18 years old.
Getting here & around
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we can arrange a transfer from or to Chania airport (66 km) or Heraklion airport (71 km), at an extra charge. Contact us after booking to arrange it.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is private parking next to the suites, available on request. Just ask us when you book.
Do I need a car?
Not in town: the Fortezza, the Venetian harbour, museums, tavernas and the beach are all within walking distance. A car is handy for day trips and the beaches of the south coast, and we can arrange car or bike rental for you.
How far is the beach?
Rethymno’s long sandy town beach is about 600 m from the suites, an easy walk of under 10 minutes.
Is breakfast available?
Yes, breakfast is served at a partner restaurant just 100 m from the suites, at an extra charge. Ask us for more information when you book.
